- 100g of millet flour (ideally, else any gluten-free flour blend)
- 60g of gluten-free flour blend
- 125g (15cl) of soya yogurt
- 100g of white crystal sugar
- 150g of dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 50g of vegetable oil
- 2 tea spoons of gluten-free baking powder
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract
- 10ml of hot water
- Pinch of salt
In a large mixing bowl, mix the eggs and sugar. Add the soya yogurt, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and salt. Sift the millet flour, gluten-free flour blend and baking powder into the mixing bowl. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
Pour half of the mixture into a separate mixing bowl.
Break the chocolate into small pieces and put them in another roomy bowl set over a pan of simmering water. While stirring occasionally, add the hot water to obtain a liquid texture.
Incorporate the melted chocolate to one of the mixing bowl.
In the cake tin, pour the two mixtures alternating regularly to create the marble effect.
Bake for about 40 minutes until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
